The “math guy” says video games are one new way to teach math

Keith Devlin    He’s known as “the Math Guy” on NPR, but Stanford University math professor Keith Devlin is also the author of over 30 books, and the winner of the Carl Sagan Award for Science Popularization. Devlin is in Missoula to give a president’s lecture at the University of Montana. In this feature interview, Devlin talks with News Director Sally Mauk about a 13th century math guy named Leonardo of Pisa, who introduced modern arithmetic to western Europe.
