Wildlife officials say poaching is a crime that has widespread impacts on animals and legitimate hunters alike.
In tonight’s feature interview with Edward O’Brien, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks chief law enforcement officer, Jim Kropp, discusses some recent and particularly egregious poaching cases; one covered today on the front page of the Great Falls Tribune featuring a picture of a cow moose that was killed and left to rot. Her 2 yearling calves reportedly stayed by her side for about a week before wandering away….
