The founder of Bozeman-based RightNow Technologies knows a thing or two about creating a successful business.
Under Greg Gianforte’s leadership, RightNow served nearly 2-thousand companies around the world, including British Airways, Sprint and Cisco. RightNow earned over 225-million-dollars in annual revenue and employed over 11-hundred employees worldwide.
Last year Gianforte sold the company to Oracle for a cool 1.5-billion dollars.
The University of Montana School of Business Administration and the Montana Academy of Distinguished Entrepreneurs is honoring Gianforte with the 2012 Pioneer in Industry Award.
