Montana cuisine – and the many imported influences – are the focus of a new cookbook called “Open Range: Steaks, Chops and More from Big Sky Country.” The cookbook was co-written by Jay Bentley, owner of the Mint Bar and Cafe in Belgrade, with photographs by Montana photojournalist Lynn Donaldson.
