Montana cuisine – and the many imported influences – are the focus of a new cookbook called “Open Range: Steaks, Chops and More from Big Sky Country.” The cookbook was co-written by Jay Bentley, owner of the Mint Bar and Cafe in Belgrade, with photographs by Montana photojournalist Lynn Donaldson. In tonight’s feature interview, Bentley and Donaldson talk with News Director Sally Mauk about how to cook moose sirloin – and how to shoot mouth-watering photographs.
