The Wall That Heals” on the University of Montana Campus
“The Wall that Heals”, a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, is now open on the University of Montana campus. 58-thousand names are etched onto the 250 foot long monument that will stay on the campus’s north end through Sunday. In this evening’s feature interview with Edward O’Brien, Moving Wall driver and site manager, Bob DoBek, explains how this portable monument made of metal and painted to resemble the reflective granite of the original can create such a powerful and transformative experience for those who visit it.
