Education has always been a priority for Bob Wise, former governor of West Virginia and member of Congress, and now president of the Washington, D.C.-based “Alliance for Excellent Education”. Wise recently addressed a “Graduation Matters” summit in Helena, on the importance of making sure students graduate high school, and go on to get some kind of post-secondary education.
